If you ever have a problem with anything you purchased from us, please let us know. We'll do everything we can to make it right. Many items are warranted by the manufacturer - contact the manufacturer for details. Except as noted, all new hand tools are warranted "for life" to the original purchaser. If you ever have a problem, contact us to make arrangements for replacement. "Used" items sold as is -- no warranty or return. Delivery and Shipping: Most orders are shipped with 10 working days. Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Your order may arrive in multiple packages from multiple sources. Methods of payment: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card, are all accepted. Charges will be posted to your card at the time of shipment. Special or custom orders will be charged when the order is placed. Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, or Traveler's Checks accepted by mail. PayPal accepted - invoice sent via e-mail. Personal Checks are accepted. Items will be shipped after funds have been transferred from your account. $25 fee for returned checks. Return Policy: Contact us for return authorization prior to any merchandise return. Merchandise can be returned for refund within 14 days after receipt. It must be returned in 'like new' or 'as shipped' condition. After 14 days, the merchandise may be considered 'used' and not subject to refunds. The actual cost to restore merchandise to a 'like new' or 'as shipped' condition may be deducted from your refund. Credit card refunds will be credited back to the same card only. PayPal refunds will be credited back to the same account only. Refunds will be issued within 24 to 48 hours of the receipt of the returned merchandise.
